Their comprehensive understanding of the industry allows them to deliver an impeccable level of customer care.

James has over 25 successful years at a senior level within the automotive retail sector, responsible for brands such as Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, Volvo, Polestar and LEVC. James has a proven track record as a senior leader in large scale businesses and contributes a huge amount of experience and energy to WeMoveIt. James’ personal objectives are to deliver a fantastic and ever-improving client experience, whilst growing and developing the scale and overall fiscal performance of WeMoveIt.

Brad Atkinson – Branch Manager for the South
Brad is our Branch Manager for the South, looking after Maidstone, Reading and the surrounding areas. Having started at We Move It in April 2021, Brad has worked his way up from a planner to managing the team and building relationships with our clients.

Jim Adkins Branch Manager for the Midlands & North
Jim is our Branch Manager for the Midland and North, looking after North London, Tring, Manchester and the surrounding areas. Prior to joining WeMoveIt in 2022 Jim had an impressive career in senior management within the Automotive industry, so knows from first hand experience the level of service that is required in order to delivery a customer centric experience.

Customer Service Team
Our teams based in Maidstone and Tring are on hand to answer any questions you may have in order to make the whole process stress-free. Customers can communicate directly with the office team so they know which driver will be transporting their vehicle and what their estimated time of arrival is. We ensure that all customers are called pre and post delivery. It is this level of personalised service and attention to detail in every aspect of what we do that make us stand out from our competitors.
Drivers
All of our drivers have been hand-picked by our Directors Graeme, Russell and James to ensure they will be able to offer the best possible service. It’s not just the customer service team that is client focussed, all drivers will have completed an induction on customer experience. Existing drivers are regularly monitored and customer feedback is shared with them to ensure the high quality of service is maintained.
